Lejla Sahdan

With over 10 years of experience in Human Resources and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, I have had the privilege of working across a diverse range of industries which include technology, manufacturing, transportation, non-profit organizations, and the education sector. This breadth of experience has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of the unique challenges organizations face in different sectors and the ability to tailor HR strategies that drive success and growth.
Throughout my career, I’ve developed a robust skill set in all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, organizational development, and HR compliance. I’ve worked with organizations of all sizes—from startups to large enterprises—helping them build strong teams, enhance employee engagement, and improve overall workforce performance.

I am well-versed in leveraging HR technologies and systems (such as HRIS, payroll, and performance management software) to streamline HR processes, improve efficiency, and provide data-driven insights that inform strategic decision-making.

Staying ahead of the curve on labor laws and compliance is critical. I’ve managed complex employee relations issues, conducted investigations, and ensured that HR practices comply with federal, state, and local laws. My experience also includes developing and implementing policies that mitigate risk while supporting business objectives.
